There will be absolutely no refunds given on services. We will do our best to rectify any flaws and our primary goal is to strive towards customer satisfaction.
We require a minimum of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all individual service appointments, and one week cancellation for multiple services and group appointments. Non adherence to our cancellation notice, for any reason, will result in a charge to the customer, for the appointment(s) scheduled. "No-shows" will result in a 100% charge to the customer. We request your kind consideration toward this policy.
We ask that clients arrive a few minutes early for their appointment. We will do our best to accommodate slightly late arrivals, but sometimes, this may not be possible.
For all Specials, Spa packages, Spa-membership priced services, Spa parties, Groups of 2 or more (even if paying separately), and other special events, including, but not limited to after-hour openings, we cannot accept any promotional coupons or promotional gift certificates, i.e. Spa Finder, Spa & Salon Wish, Spa Week, Groupon, Living Social and any other promotional Gift Certificates. We will be happy to accept Gift Certificates purchased on-line directly from our own website, or directly from Zinc Spa & Nail Bar, located in Franklin, Massachusetts.
For all Third party promotional vouchers i.e. Groupon, Living Social,
etc., appointments are required, and the promotion must be mentioned at
time of booking the appointment. If it is not mentioned at time of making an
appointment, the Spa will be unable to honor the promotional voucher. Refunds
will be available from the third party. The spa has only ONE promotional
appointment slot available at a time, so for groups of 2 or more (even if paying
separately), only one voucher will be redeemed. Furthermore, these
cannot be combined with other spa specials and promotions. For expired vouchers, the cash value can be applied to
the same services and the same policies of cancellation and service charges apply. Please feel

Our prices do not include gratuities. Spa Industry suggested gratuities are about 20%. Our technicians work very hard to make sure you have a great visit with us. We gladly accept Spa Finder and Spa & Salon Wish, Spa Week, Groupon, Living Social, and other third-party gift certificates. For your convenience, for our 2 for $99 Specials, Promotions, Spa parties, and third party gift certificates, a 20% Service Charge on the full value of services will be added to each ticket. If you are not happy with your service, please be sure to express any concerns to the Manager on duty before you check out.
For all after-hour and weekend spa parties in order to hold the spa for the scheduled party/event, we require a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 per attendee, which will be credited towards their service ticket. Depending on the number of attendees, we will do our best to dedicate the spa to the event for the required block of time. Please read more about spa parties in our Spa Party page.
We do, at our discretion, accept local checks only. All returned checks will result in an additional charge of $15 for Bank fees.
