Our Policies
We require a minimum of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all individual service appointments, and one week cancellation for multiple services and group appointments. Non adherence to our cancellation notice, for any reason, will result in a 25% charge to the customer, for the appointment(s) scheduled. "No-shows" will result in a 100% charge to the customer. We request your kind consideration toward this policy.
We ask that clients arrive a few minutes early for their appointment. We will do our best to accommodate slightly late arrivals, but sometimes, this may not be possible.
Our prices do not include gratuity. Our technicians work very hard to make sure you have a great visit with us. Industry standard gratuities range from 15% to 25%. If needed, please feel free to view our gratuity table (available at the spa), for help with figuring out gratuities.
For parties, group appointments of 2 or more, Spa packages, and other Specials, a 20% gratuity will be added to each ticket on the original price of the services.
For our specials, packages, spa-membership priced services, spa parties, group events, and other special events, including, but not limited to after-hour openings, we cannot accept any promotional coupons or promotional gift certificates, i.e. Spa Finder, Spa & Salon Wish Gift Certificates, and any other promotional Gift Certificates. We will be happy to accept Gift Certificates purchased on-line directly from our own website, or directly from Zinc Spa & Nail Bar, located in Wrentham, Massachusetts.
We gladly accept Spa Finder and Spa & Salon Wish and other third party gift certificates on all originally priced services. A 20% gratuity will be added to the ticket.
For all after-hour and weekend spa parties in order to hold the spa for the scheduled party/event, we require a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 per attendee, which will be credited towards their service ticket. Depending on the number of attendees, we will do our best to dedicate the spa to the event for the required block of time. Please read more about spa parties in our Spa Party page.
We do, at our discretion, accept local checks only. All returned checks will result in an additional charge of $15 for Bank fees.
