Our Policies
Spa protocol requires a minimum of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Less than a 24-hour cancellation notice, for any reason, will result in a 25% charge to the customer, for the appointment scheduled. "No-shows" will result in a full charge to the customer. We request your kind consideration toward this policy.
We ask that a client, at minimum, be on time for an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate slightly late arrivals, but sometimes, this may not be possible.
Our prices do not include gratuity. Industry standard gratuities range from 15% to 30%. If needed, please feel free to view our gratuity table (available at the spa), for help with figuring out gratuities.
For parties or group appointments of 3 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added to each ticket. Spa packages and other service specials will also be charged a 20% gratuity.
For our specials, packages, spa-membership priced services, spa parties, group events, and other special events, including, but not limited to after-hour openings, we cannot accept any promotional coupons or promotional gift certificates, i.e. Spa Finder, Spa & Salon Wish Gift Certificates, and any other promotional Gift Certificates. We will be happy to accept Gift Certificates purchased on-line directly from our own website, or directly from Zinc Spa & Nail Bar, located in Wrentham, Massachusetts.
For all after-hour and weekend spa parties in order to hold the spa for the scheduled party/event, we require a non-refundable deposit of $16.95 per attendee, $10 of which will be credited towards their service ticket. Depending on the number of attendees, we will do our best to dedicate the spa to the event for the required block of time.
We do, at our discretion, accept local checks only. All returned checks will result in an additional charge of $15 for Bank fees.
